The HPS division of MKS Instruments has a team of engineers, machinists, welders and final production personnel exclusively dedicated to designing and fabricating custom vacuum chambers and systems. Working closely with the customer, MKS HPS has the expertise and experience to take concepts and process requirements to full 3D CAD models and then to final product. During formal design reviews, we utilize our experience to provide alternative suggestions for manufacture that often result in cost savings for our customers. In addition, we are able to provide project status meetings on a regular basis, offering continuous support, project timeline status and to resolve issues before they impact project objectives.
