The Sycon HVPS E-Beam Deposition Power Supply is a rugged, dependable deposition supply, suitable for continuous full-power usage or continuous arcing, or any combination in between. This power supply is designed for use with all commonly-used 4kV – 10kV E-beam guns.
The HVPS is fully tested at the factory for ripple and regulation, and is burned-in at full power. RS-232 or RS-485 communications allows the supply to be connected to computer or other components in the system, such as a PLC.
