The STM-2 is the most accurate USB-powered Thin Film Thickness/Rate Deposition Monitor in the industry. In the lab it can provide precise results and control for your thickness or mass deposition experiments. Using the USB connection, the provided LabVIEWTM software and your lab PC, it allows quick installation, and makes obtaining accurate results for your film or mass measurement experiments simple and easy. For production, the STM-2’s compact size and simple installation make process set-up and operation easy and efficient. The on board oscillator further reduces system cost when sensing head can be located 30” or less from the STM-2. If longer cable lengths are required the STM-2 can be used with Sycon’s remote or in-vacuum oscillator/sensor.
