The MKS Instruments 179A Mass-Flo® All-Metal Mass Flow Meter (MFM) is an all-metal mass flow meter (MFM) designed to measure the flow of gases in a wide variety of applications. It is available in both analog and digital models with accuracies of 1% of Full Scale and 1% of Reading, respectively.
The 179A Mass-Flo® All-Metal Mass Flow Meter is constructed of 316L stainless steel finished less than 32 micro-inches Ra (max.). Power required for the 179A is minimal; the nominal ±15 VDC unit consumes only 50 mA during operation (150 mA at initial turn-on).
