The MKS, HPS® 345 Standard Pirani Pressure Vacuum Sensor is a thermal conductivity vacuum sensor that measures pressure by measuring the heat loss from a heated wire. This pressure sensor is a sturdy, dependable vacuum sensor with fast and stable vacuum measurement. Special temperature compensation circuitry provides for greater sensor stability over the operating range. The 345 sensor is shielded for RF immunity.
