Series 31 ISO-KF Fittings – MKS

Series 31 is a line of ISO-KF standard vacuum components. The ISO-KF system refers to the family of small vacuum components (up to 2″), including flanges, elbows, tees and crosses. The International Standards Organization (ISO) has defined the interface dimensions, allowing the interchanging of components that conform to the standard’s dimensions.
