The Semion pDc is a precision plasma measurement instrument. Measuring the time dependence of ion energies arriving at a surface of a plasma in DC, microwave, continuous and pulsed DC.

It is the only fully automated retarding field energy analyser with submicron time resolution, using replaceable RFEA sensors on a biased or grounded surface.
