Helium Leak Detector BD15 Configuration

The Agilent HLD BD15 Leak Detector uses a mass spectrometer tuned to detect helium, which is uses as a tracer gas to locate and/or measure very small leaks in enclosed devices or systems.  The BD15 configuration is mounted on your bench and includes a separate IDP-15 dry scroll pump that can be placed under the bench.
