The Langmuir Single Probe is a high resolution plasma characterization instrument. It measures the parameters of plasma by analyzing ion and electron trajectories in the bulk of the plasma.

The Single Probe has the most advanced technology and is widely accepted as the most accurate and trusted commercial probe. Adding to its accuracy and reliability it also has the fastest time resolution available (12.5ns).
